Tasting Notes
Straw-yellow colour of high intensity with golden reflections. Tropical notes of mango and passion fruit, followed by an intense aroma of white fruit. Fresh entry with marked and balanced acidity. Fruity and slightly spiced aftertaste.
The grapes used are from our own vineyard and are harvested by hand. This is a very special wine made from a red variety which, thanks to early harvesting and quick bleeding, allows us to obtain a white must that is fermented at 11ºC for 25 days.
