Description
Taberner 2019 – 0.75L Bottle
Tasting Notes
Deep cherry-colour with intense layers. Aromas of ripe red fruit, typical of its Mediterranean climate, balsamic notes, and hints of roasted oak from its barrel aging, with touches of carob and spices. On the palate, it is flavoursome, smooth, and powerful, with good acidity and well balanced. The finish is persistent and full of personality.
The grapes used are sourced from our own vineyard. They are hand-harvested, sorted on a selection table, and fermented at a controlled temperature of 25ºC in French oak vats. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is racked into French oak barrels, where it has remained for 24 months.
