Barbazul Chardonnay – Tasting Notes

Elegant golden-yellow colour. Mint and certain white floral aromas dominate, combined with citrus fruits and subtle hints of ripe tropical fruit. Flavoursome on the palate, lively and sparkling, with strong, enveloping fruit expression.

Notas de CATA Barbazul Rosado Syrah

Salmon colour with hints of “ojo de perdiz” (partridge eye). The nose features floral aromas along with red and tropical fruits. Lively on the palate, elegant and balanced, with a strong fruit expression and a long, enveloping finish.

The grapes used are sourced from our own vineyard and harvested by hand. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out at 12ºC for 14 days using high-quality free-run juice.

Barbazul Red Wine – Tasting Notes

Cherry-colour with medium-high intensity. The nose is complex, dominated by red fruit aromas, along with notes of wildflowers, spices, and balsamic woods. Flavoursome on the palate, with freshness and very balanced acidity, a very pleasant and structured mouthfeel. Shows medium-high persistence, with a friendly and varietal finish.

The grapes used are sourced from our own vineyard. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with aging in French Allier oak barrels for 6 months.
