Description
Barbazul Red Wine 2022 – 0,75L
Young and lively, this little sibling of Taberner is a wine so fresh and Atlantic that it almost evokes the sea and salt flats. Fruity and flavoursome.
Tasting Notes
Cherry-colour with medium-high intensity. The nose is complex, dominated by red fruit aromas, along with notes of wildflowers, spices, and balsamic woods. Flavoursome on the palate, with freshness and very balanced acidity, a very pleasant and structured mouthfeel. Shows medium-high persistence, with a friendly and varietal finish.
The grapes used are sourced from our own vineyard. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with aging in French Allier oak barrels for 6 months.
