This wonderful example of a Tintilla de Rota single-varietal offers a perfect balance between grape and oak, fruits and spices, the freshness of its acidity, and the density of its structure.
Tasting Notes
Cherry-colour with medium intensity. The nose is complex, dominated by black fruit aromas with spicy notes. Flavoursome on the palate, with freshness and very pronounced yet balanced acidity, light and elegant mouthfeel. Shows high persistence, with a friendly and varietal finish.
The grapes used are sourced from our own vineyard. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with aging in French oak barrels for 3 months.
