Description
Barbazul Special Selection 2020 – 0.75L Bottle
Tasting Notes
Deep cherry-colour, intense ruby, with a deep layer. Complex on the nose, with aromas of black fruit and spices, fig leaf, along with toasted nuances and hints of cedar. Flavoursome and fresh, with very balanced acidity, structured and voluminous, with long persistence. At the finish, notes of fine oak and fruit are perceptible.
The grapes used are sourced from our own vineyard and harvested by hand. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with aging in French oak barrels for 12 months.
