Cheerful and fresh, light and easy to drink, notable for its fruity fragrance.

Tasting Notes

Low-intensity onion-colour with highlights. Aromas of red fruit and currant, also showing notes of grapefruit and a floral background that adds freshness. Light and balanced on the palate, with a fresh feel thanks to its good acidity.

The grapes used are sourced from our own vineyard and harvested by hand. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out at 12ºC for 14 days using high-quality free-run juice.
