1. General Provisions
All prices are in Euros and, in accordance with current regulations, any purchase made through the Website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), which is included in the price. The User can view a breakdown of the product price and VAT in the shopping cart before confirming the order.
Only direct orders from the online store within the mainland national territory will be fulfilled.
The Owner reserves the right to reject an order from any User with whom they have a dispute or who has had issues with payment for previous purchases.
2. User Obligations
Any User making a purchase through this Website declares that they are of legal age and, if applicable, fully capable of using payment methods and that they have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products. The User also declares full and unconditional acceptance of all the terms of this Legal Notice.
Before placing any order, it is the User’s obligation to register on the Website. The User may submit one or more purchase requests for products or services offered through the Website.
3. Shipping Conditions
All orders placed within mainland Spain will be shipped via courier.
No minimum order is required.
Orders are processed every day of the year, 24 hours a day.
Shipping costs are specified when placing the order. The amount will depend on two factors: the characteristics of the product and the destination.
Any additional shipping costs resulting from providing an incorrect or incomplete address are the sole responsibility of the User.
4. Payment Methods and Security
In compliance with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/389 of 27 November 2017, which complements Directive (EU) 2015/2366 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on payment services in the internal market, any User making an online payment transaction must do so using strong customer authentication. Depending on the chosen payment method and the transaction amount, with exceptions provided in the Directive, the User must provide a second factor of identification before placing an order, such as a PIN code sent to their mobile phone, which must be entered to validate the purchase.
According to the PSD2 Directive, strong customer authentication exists when at least two of the following elements are used for authentication:
- Knowledge (something only the User knows, such as a password, PIN code, access data, etc.)
- Possession (something only the User has, such as a mobile phone receiving an SMS to verify the transaction, email address, etc.)
- Inherence (something the User is, such as the ability to verify biometrically, via fingerprint, facial recognition, etc.)
These elements are independent of each other. That is, the compromise of one does not affect the reliability of the others, and the confidentiality of identification data is always protected.
For the User’s convenience, we provide different methods for making payments:
1) Credit Card
– This payment method is immediate, completely secure, and verified by Redsys secure servers on the payment gateway. Credit card details are never disclosed.
– Accepted cards are Visa, 4B, American Express, Maestro, and MasterCard.
– Only secured credit cards are accepted to avoid any possible risk or fraud. Secured cards are associated with security codes, which must be entered on the bank’s payment gateway to complete the transaction. If a User does not have a secured card for online payments, the bank must provide the necessary information and codes.
2) PayPal
– A secure payment solution that allows buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. By selecting this method at checkout, the User will be redirected directly to the PayPal Website. No bank details are required; only a PayPal account is needed, and the User can pay using just their email and password. The User can also create a PayPal account at that moment or make the payment directly using credit card details. Information entered on the PayPal Website is not shared.
